Handcrafted lacquered ceramic jar with gold and silver leaf gilding
In Vietnamese culture, the ritual of offering salt and rice at the year's start carries a profound wish for abundance and a flourishing beginning. Salt symbolizes enduring bonds, while Rice represents the "pearls of heaven" for a prosperous life. Inspired by this timeless tradition, these jars are crafted in the form of a sacred lotus bud, finished with red lacquer and gold gilding. More than a gift, they are auspicious creations carrying blessings for a year of harmony, prosperity, and timeless elegance.
